• Our thorough Home Inspection process will usually take about 2-3 hours to complete depending on the size of the home.
• We encourage you to attend so that we can walk you through the property, explain our findings, and answer any questions you might have.
• On the same dayof inspection, you and your agent will quickly receive a comprehensive digital report by email.
• You can request an estimate of repair items called out in your Pillar To Post home inspection at no additional cost! Just enter a few pieces of information and you’ll receive your estimate via Punchlist in approximately 24 hours.
• You will also receive our 360° virtual tour where you can view key findings from the inspection report and revisit the home anytime from your smartphone, tablet or laptop! If you select our Premium or Prestige home inspection packages, your PTP360 tour also includes a measured PTPFloorPlan.
